Shipping & Returns
Within Australia DHUFISH sends its packages by Australia Post. Items can arrive anywhere within 3 – 7 business days from dispatch.
Items are dispatched during normal business hours between Monday to Friday.
Customs For orders outside of the Australia please note that the recipient may be charged import duties and other taxes including but not limited to sales tax. These policies vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office, as DHUFISH will not be responsible for any additional taxes and delays incurred by your countries customs procedures.
DHUFISH are neither able to advise on process to claim back, nor refund any duty and taxes paid should an ordered item be returned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DHUFISH will happily accept your returned goods for exchange or full refund within 14 days of the shipping date, on full priced items.
Sale items can only be exchanged for another item or size.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items using undergarments. Returned items MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and must have ALL tags and hygiene strips attached.
For a return or exchange please CONTACT US. We will provide a Return of Goods form which you need to include in your return.
We ask that you return your items by registered post. Any item that is not registered and goes missing in the post will not be credited, exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be made to your original method of purchase (i.e. Credit card) We do not refund initial shipping charges, taxes and duty on goods returned. We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
In the event that you have received goods with a manufacturing fault please email the customer care team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have the item exchanged for you. If for any reason your item is sold out, we notify you by email as soon as possible for a refund.
